Find Balance.

Finding balance in every aspect leads to a healthy, happy life. Being healthy means a good balance between fitness, work, play, love, relationships, diet, giving, receiving, etc. There is no perfect mix. What works for one, may not work for another. Finding your balance is a journey, not a destination.

Information on Morning Boot Camp Classes!

For approximately five years, I have worked out three times a week with Jennifer using a combination of strength training, aerobic activity, and yoga. This time gives me an essential foundation for maintaining my physical and mental health. My active, engaged life includes international adventure travel, challenging volunteer work with young people, and a family life with four very energetic grandchildren. Working with Jennifer gives me the energy and balance for a full life and keeps me feeling and acting far below my age.
