    I understand that people want to know my workout r I understand that people want to know my workout regimen. I’m a bit reluctant to share.  Besides the fact that my workout routine varies significantly due to a lot of factors, it’s also because what works for me one day/week doesn’t necessarily mean it’s what you need today or this week. That said, I really believe we all should move our bodies—mixing things up, focusing on strength, flexibility, and cardio—most days! Use this as motivation, not as a template to copy.

Well, it depends on where you’re at and what you want to achieve. Here’s a real example: a client had her first bone density test and was a bit disappointed with the results. So, we came up with a few simple habits that can make a big difference. She also felt overwhelmed by all the fitness classes at her gym, so I put together a class plan for her. That takes one more decision off her plate and gives her more confidence that she’s making progress with her fitness goals!
