I’m all about that balance.
Coach Jennifer Shelton
Too often, people decide they want to get healthier and jump right into a crash diet or intense workout plan only to burn out a few weeks later (if they even last that long). This cycle is not only physically unhealthy — sometimes leading to injuries or weight gain — it’s demoralizing, too.
My No-Burnout Philosophy
Your fitness routine needs to work for the life you live right now — otherwise, it just won’t work in the long run. Yes, fitness is important, but so are family, friends, food, and fun.
My Personalized Plans
I want you to succeed at getting healthier, whatever “healthier” looks like for you. So we’ll work together to find what fits your schedule and keeps you motivated. I really love customizing workouts and training programs that fit my clients’ abilities, needs, lifestyle, and stage in life. And my detail to form, along with attentive instruction, minimizes the risk of injury and gets results.
I’m certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have two undergraduate degrees, as well as a Master’s Degree. With more than 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve personally completed multiple endurance events and spent 15 years as the Head Coach for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program.
Interested in working together?
Helping others find a healthy balance that works for them is what I love. If you’re interested in working together, I’m currently accepting personal training clients and offering fitness consultations over Zoom.
