You have one of those 'bathroom breaks need to be scheduled' day, and there is no way you have time for a workout! Attach an exercise to something you know you'll be doing anyway. Do a set a squats every time you fill up your water bottle. Complete a set of cabinet push-ups every time you walk into the kitchen. Do 20 jumping jacks every time you get off a call. Get creative and have fun with it!

Try finding the furthest parking space, rather than the closest. Take that item up or down the stairs rather than letting a pile accumulate. Dance around as you're waiting for that water to boil. Walk to the mailbox instead of picking up from your car. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Take a walk or walk around during a conference call whenever possible. Schedule walk meetings. Schedule walk (and coffee) dates.
