Just remember, don’t let your tracker run the show. It’s a handy tool, not the rules of everything. If you’re averaging around 2,000 steps a day, jumping straight to 10,000 probably isn’t the best move. Instead, focus on slowly increasing your activity. It’s key to listen to how your body feels. Sure, staying active is great, but if you’re someone who always hits your step goals and crushes every workout, just be careful not to push too hard. Taking days off is just as important as staying active most days. So, stay mindful and keep tuning into what your body really needs!
